Why here? Why now? And what in the world smells so good?

I'm a recent graduate searching for a clean, clear, and under control future (hey, that sounds familiar). As soon as I received my non-sheepskin diploma, I figured out pretty quickly that information was out there, everywhere, and aplenty. But (and there's always a but), each piece of easy-to-chew info was all so incredibly separate form the others. Between social media, the actual media, friends, family, love, jobs, hobbies, and taking care of quadrupeds, we've all got plenty on our plates, but nothing is as pungent as the thousand separate folks (those we know well and those we don't) attempting to add their own ingredients to our own recipe for hire! And what's worse? I don't even think they make their stock from scratch! Those inconsiderate, cheap, lazy b-words. I don't know about anyone else, but my brain's already busy brewing, boiling, and broiling, and I'm not even sure if I'll like what's in there! I really don't know if I want to teach here in New York, New Jersey, or even New Zealand! If you feel the same way, you're in the right place.

Essentially, Recipes For Hire will act as an information aggregate for everyone in my position. Why? Because I have no idea what to do next either! And, my sisterbrothers, what is the best way to figure something out? Responsibly teaching it to someone else, of course! Hopefully, I'll realize very quickly what I know, what I don't, and what I need to learn. Now, what makes me qualified to do this? Absolutely nothing. Got a problem? I didn't think so.

Oh, don't you dare think I'm doing this alone either... you're all not leaving me in too long to burn! I'll be enlisting help from everywhere and anywhere I can get it. Long story short, if you work for a college/university, high school, middle school, any school, or have just been through these processes successfully/unsuccessfully (as long as you have ideas) that you'd like to submit as a recipe, please review and follow the general format of my #samplerecipe blog and send it (along with your credentials) to: chrisjcharch@gmail.com. Also, don't worry about making anything perfect! Just do your best... I'll doctor it up... we'll be waiting!

Anddd what is that deliciously delectable smell?

I think it's... I think... yes... it's someone's future! Just waiting to be served!

P.S. Always remember, a dish can only be as good as its chef! How you react to the unexpected makes all the difference in the kitchen and in life, especially when the heat and pressure is really on. If you're prepared and on your toes... you'll be just fine!
